The search results popped up with familiar names: Sreality.cz (the biggest Czech property listings portal), Bezrealitky (direct owner rentals), Expats.cz housing section, etc. Manus clicked on Sreality.cz first. The site loaded in Czech, and Manus smoothly switched the interface to English via the site’s language toggle (I silently gave it a thumbs up for that). It then used the site’s filters: I watched it set “2+1” and “2+kk” (it seemed to know these mean 2-room apartments), adjust the price slider to 30k, and select Prague districts 2 and 3. No kidding – it was filling out a web form on its own. Operator’s underlying tech also does form-filling, but Manus was fast. Within seconds it had a list of filtered results.

Step 3: Scrolling and Scraping.

Manus scrolled through the Sreality listings, pausing briefly on each to grab key details. I noticed it would click a listing, wait for the page, scroll, likely copy info, then go back. It was gathering data like an eager real estate researcher. After about a minute, it had clicked through maybe 8 apartments on Sreality. It then opened Bezrealitky.com (perhaps it recognized that another top result was a direct-rent site).
